‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Gets an Inevitable ‘Call Me Maybe’ Tribute

Joseph Gordon-Levitt's angsty character from 'The Dark Knight Rises' finally gets his feelings off his chest, with an assist from Carly Rae Jepsen! The hit single has already lent itself to numerous parodies and lip-dubs, but this is perhaps the most elaborate (and the nerdiest) yet by far.

And that's saying something, when you consider last month's 'Star Wars' edition, followed by the two different Olympics tributes. Plus, who could forget Cookie Monster's take? And once the Harvard baseball team struck internet gold, everyone from the Abercrombie and Fitch models to  the "Overly Attached Girlfriend" got in on the act.

Can we just say that it's always refreshing to encounter grown dudes who are comfortable expressing themselves through the idiom of tween-pop hits? Now where's the Top 40 song that explains how you can heal a broken back with a swift punch to the spine?
