Trotter, the Crazy-Hatted Bulldog, Is a Rising Internet Star

A bulldog already has an unfair advantage in the game of cuteness, but putting on a variety of hats and taking pictures on Instagram it's pretty much sealing the deal. Therefore, Trotter is the champion of cute and there's nothing anybody can do about it (at least today -- tomorrow video will probably surface of a kitten and a micropig eating scones or something).

Trotter is a dandy lil' lady who hails from San Francisco and has nearly 30,000 followers on Instagram, which isn't really that surprising when you see how cute these pictures are. We've put some of our favorites here for you to both enjoy and, like we did, squeal with utter cuteness overload.
