While traveling by car from Winnipeg to Indiana, 61-year-old Victor Giesbrecht decided to help stranded motorist Sara Berg. But after doing so, he went into cardiac arrest and was miraculously saved by Berg, who performed CPR.

After helping Berg change a flat tire on her car, Giesbrecht and his wife proceeded on their way. Moments later, he had a heart attack. Thankfully, due to Berg's swift intervention, Giesbrecht was kept alive until paramedics arrived with a defibrillator. One good turn deserves another indeed.
