The next time you want to lament the youth of America, just remember this youngster.

In this video, an 11-year-old boy walks into the police station in Greenfield, Wisconsin to donate money to the department. It turns out the boy, identified as "Max," rode his bike to the station without telling his parents so he could donate a total of $10.03 in memory of his grandfather, a Milwaukee police officer who died in the line of duty nearly 40 years ago. The money will go to the Greenfield Police Foundation.

Way to go, Max! But next time, let your parents your parents know where you're going. They were probably worried sick about their lil' Good Samaritan.
