In her so-bad-it-was-viewed-almost-200-million-times-on-YouTube hit 'Friday,' Rebecca Black sang about everyone's favorite day of the week. In her summery comeback song 'Sing it,' which just hit the Web, Black extols the virtue of an entire season.

Does this broader focus mean the 14-year old is maturing? We're not sure. But you can check out the video below.

We have to say...that wasn't terrible. The song quality is such that you wouldn't necessarily think twice if you heard someone like Katy Perry or Miley Cyrus singing it, and Black's voice has been Auto-tuned within an inch of its life made to sound good enough to prevent the effort from being another punchline.

Wouldn't it be something if Black turned her YouTube notoriety into actual pop stardom? She's not there yet, but we suddenly see a path. What do you think?
