Mother Driving Boy, 9, Jumps Out of Moving Car After Spotting Spider
Fear of spiders is nothing new. This reaction to seeing one of our eight-legged friends, though, is.
Angela Kipp, 35, of Syracuse, Ind. jumped out of her car while it was moving last week after she noticed a spider on her shoulder as she was backing out of her driveway. What makes this really bad is that her 9-year-old son was in the backseat.
The boy had to jump behind the wheel and tried to hit the brake to stop the car. Unfortunately, he hit the gas pedal, causing the vehicle to hit a school bus.
The boy suffered minor head injuries and had to go to the hospital. There weren't any children on the bus and the bus driver was okay.
It's unclear if Kipp will face any legal action for jumping out of the car.
