Andy Rooney Dies at 92 — Watch His Best Rants

CBS is reporting that '60 Minutes' commentator/loveable curmudgeon Andy Rooney has passed away at the age of 92 following complications from minor surgery.

The news comes only a little over a month since Rooney announced his retirement from the popular CBS news magazine.

Known for his wry, occasionally surly rants about contemporary culture, Rooney became America's favorite irascible grandpa, and was a frequent target for comedians and pop culture satirists.

But it's his many rants, which started with his signature "Did ya ever notice how..." line, that we'll always remember Rooney for. Watch some of our favorite Andy Rooney rants below. Hopefully he's in a better place now, pointing out the foibles of the afterlife.
