Andy Richter Offers Perfect Explanation of the Fiscal Cliff

With all of this talk regarding President Obama and the upcoming fiscal cliff, the denizens of America are left wondering, "Just what in the world is a fiscal cliff?"

Well, fear not, because CONAN's own Andy Richter easily explained it all on a recent episode. And now that we've had the chance to study his lesson over and over again, it's pretty safe to say that: 1) we really don't want to "shake our pacific northwest" for the Chinese, and 2) we are still confused.
