Walter Hill’s 'Streets of Fire' is an oddball “rock and roll fable” that combined retro-fashions, street fights and songs by Jim Steinman (best known for writing the epic Meat Loaf album 'Bat Out of Hell'). The obscure 1984 musical was followed by an even weirder “un-official” sequel in 'The Road to Hell,' a low-budget 'Sin City'-esque green-screen road trip with music by The Roxy Gunn project.
