Tay Zonday of ‘Chocolate Rain’ Knows Why the Economy Is Bad [VIDEOS]

When we met Tay Zonday in 2007 through his infectious song and video 'Chocalate Rain,' we didn't know how knowledgeable he was about the economy.

In his latest music video effort 'Mama Economy,' the 29-year old uses his unique singing style to explain the nation's lingering economic doldrums, and is able to do so just about as effectively as the "experts" you see on TV (which isn't necessarily saying much.)
