Sometimes, getting a date with a celebrity is as simple as asking them out on YouTube. Last week Chicago resident Chelsea Gill uploaded a video of her singing a song requesting that 'The Muppets' star Jason Segel take her out for a drink. Segel saw the video, was charmed by Gill's deft rhyming, and happened to be going to Chicago over the weekend for the Chicago Film Critic Awards.

A young woman named Chelsea Gill decided to declare her love for 'How I Met Your Mother' and 'The Muppets' star Jason Segel via the modern day version of a mixtape -- a hysterical song played on acoustic guitar and posted to YouTube.

When Eddie Murphy quit as the Oscars host, Facebook and Twitter users tried to get the Muppets to replace him. That didn't happen, but they did show up on 'Saturday Night Live' last night. They joined their movie co-star Jason Segel, seeming to think they were hosting the show along with him.
