From Bill & Ted's classic catchphrase "Duuude" to 'Dude, Where's My Car?,' we all know the word "dude" has been a mainstay in Hollywood since the '80s. But in this supercut video, it turns out even late legends like John Wayne said "dude" on-screen way back in 1959. 

The video features clips from movies that are mostly considered ultimate "dude-flicks" -- which means 'The Big Lebowski' is definitely included.
