Homelessness and the seemingly unequal distribution of wealth are issues in this country, but they're problems that are hard to take seriously when you see someone like this.

During a news report about panhandlers in Lancaster, Pennsylvania one beggar had to stop his interview -- because his cell phone rang. Yup, you read that correctly. He has a cell phone.

It appears he only has a flip phone, so, clearly, he needs to step up his game.
