'Miracle On 34th Street' was the first big screen remake of the 1947 Christmas classic of the same name.

The 1994 fantasy doesn't stray too much from the original's famous plot. However, instead of taking place at Macy's, the movie is set at a fictional department called Cole's because Macy's didn't want to participate in the movie this time around.

Since its release, the remake has become a holiday classic in its own right. See what the cast of 'Miracle on 34th Street' is up to these days below.

Then: Attenborough brought kindly gravitas to the role of Kris Kringle, who children believe is the real Santa Claus. Besides 'Miracle on 34th Street,' his other big acting role during the '90s was as John Hammond in 'Jurassic Park.'

Now: The 89-year-old is president of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, a drama school in London, England. The last movie he directed was the 2007 romance 'Closing the Ring.'

Now: Wilson’s last role was a small part in 2000’s ‘Thomas and The Magic Railroad.’ The NYU graduate has said she didn't enjoy film acting, and is now a writer for sites like Huffington Post and Yahoo.
