Matt Doherty — ‘Mighty Ducks’ Then and Now

Then: In 'The Mighty Ducks,' Doherty was bespectacled team goofball Averman. You remember Averman -- he was the one that was a ripoff of Rob Schneider's "Richmeister" office guy character from 'Saturday Night Live.' The next year he played the big-headed little brother in 'So I Married an Axe Murderer.'

Now: The 34-year-old is still a working actor. He had a very small role in 'Argo' and recently popped up on 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.'
