Maybe John Travolta isn't as well-versed on foreign fast food as his 'Pulp Fiction' counterpart. That could explain why the star told one of his assistants to call a KFC in West Sussex, England and make him a reservation. Of course, he was rebuffed. Apparently KFC has a strict policy against immortal time-traveling vampires

The request was denied, based on KFC's seemingly implicit policy of not taking reservations. A spokesman for KFC has since backed away from the snub, stating, "In hindsight, of course, we would have reserved a table for him. However, the nameless staff member who shot Travolta down isn't backing down for his decision, and told the Daily Mail that Travolta's fame wasn't a good reason to bend the rules

'To me, customers are customers, no matter who they are. It doesn't make a difference if someone is famous."

The Colonel hath spoken.
