Is This Snickers Commercial Sexist?

Snickers' "You're not you when you're hungry" ad campaign is a little more controversial Down Under than it is here in the States.

This Australian ad for the popular candy bar depicts hungry construction workers shouting at women as they walk by. Instead of whistling, cat calls and lewd comments, the men make remarks about empowering women.

Is it smart or is it sexist? You decide.
