Police raided a home in Portland, Ore. after a neighbor alerted them to a drug house that manufactured and sold heroin and methamphetamine and attracted customers by passing out fliers that advertised "Heroin for Sale" with their exact address.

The raid netted six arrests and broke up a long standing "heroin house" that one drug enforcement expert described as a "house where people use heroin."

The neighborhood actually banded together to break up the "heroin house," sending the offending flier to police as well as watching the house and noting the license plate numbers of the dealers' cars. Given the fact that the dealers were basically handing out "Want to get high on drugs? Ask me how" fliers, it's safe to say one of their plates also read "SMAK DLR".
