In this heartwarming video, disabled Gulf War vet Arthur Boorman learns how to walk again through a yoga program designed by former wrestler "Diamond" Dallas Page. No word on whether Boorman also mastered the art of DDP's "Self High Five." (Come on, wrestling fans, you know what we're talking about.)

Boorman, 47, was injured while serving as a paratrooper in the Gulf War in the early 1990s and was told by doctors that he'd never walk unassisted again. As a result, he fell into depression and gained a significant amount of weight.

But then, Boorman came across an article about DDP Yoga and reached out to Page with his story. "He sent me those first two pictures with the knee braces, the back brace, the canes, 297 lbs., and his belly was out to here," said Page. "And I was thinking 'God, how am I going to help that guy?'"

Soon the two began corresponding and Page encouraged Boorman to stick to the routine and never give up, no matter how difficult it might seem. Ultimately, Boorman lost 140 lbs. and can now run and even do impossible-looking headstands. Watch the amazing transformation above.
