The cover for 'Death Spa' really is a work of art. Let's start with the beefcake in the background. We're sure everyone would like to do this to the jocks from their own high school so it's really more amusing than scary.

And at center stage we have the most hi-larious part of this cover -- skull-faced aerobics queen. Was she working out with Muscles behind her and ending up having her face burnt off? If so, she looks only mildly annoyed and is still continuing on with her workout. Ugh. Even in death she's going to be one of those fitness fanatics.
