Crazy Fat Ethel II – The Worst VHS Covers

There's just so much comedy packed into this one little VHS cover. First off, it seems like Crazy Fat Ethel seems almost lethargic rather than crazy. It's like she doesn't want to stab you, but you are standing right there, so what they hey?

Secondly, or maybe this should be first, there was a 'Crazy Fat Ethel I'? How did we miss that? Lastly, the cover mocks itself. "Never come between Ethel and a well-stocked refrigerator"? How are we supposed to follow that?
