OK, OK, so it's just make-up. This is actually a promotional still from The Hub's TV show "The Witching Hour", which R.L. Stine of "Goosebumps" fame has lent his name. The episode title is "Grampires", which really tells you all you need to know, but if you were wondering, Christopher Lloyd gets a visit from his two loving grandkids. Unfortunately, he and everyone else at his retirement community are, well, you've seen the title.
