Then: Charlie Korsmo played a hungry street urchin simply known as Kid. One of the most successful child actors of his time, he also appeared in 'What About Bob,' ‘Hook' and 'Men Don’t Leave.'

Now: Korsmo quit acting after a brief comeback in the 1998 teen comedy ‘Can’t Hardly Wait.’ He went on to graduate from MIT, get a law degree from Yale and work for both the EPA and the Republican Party. In 2011, Pres. Obama nominated Korsmo as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Barry Goldwalter Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation. These days, the 34-year-old is a professor at the Case Western Reserve Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.
