'The Office' premiered its eighth season last night, and for the second year in the a row, the employees of Dunder Mifflin are just catching onto something that's already old news on the internet. Last fall they treated us to an office-wide lip dub, and this year they've finally discovered planking.

In a spoof of 'The Office' that aired during the Emmy Awards, characters from other popular shows made their way to Dunder-Mifflin's confessional room and told the camera what it is about their TV workplace that gets them down.

James Spader isn't going to be the only high-profile name joining 'The Office' next season. Singer and sometime-actor Josh Groban has signed on to play the brother of Ed Helms' character, WASPy salesman Andy Bernard.

While this promo for season eight of 'The Office' doesn't offer any new footage, it does remind us why we love James Spader, whose cameo as the intensely confident Robert California drew raves last season.
