Funny or Die’s ‘Rugrats’ Trailer Will Warp Your Childhood Memories [NSFW VIDEO]

You probably missed them when you watched the show as a naive youngster, but 'Rugrats' was full of dark subtexts.

These mature themes come to the forefront in Funny or Die's movie trailer spoof of the popular '90s kid's program, which features an even more evil than usual Angelica Pickles (played by Mae Whitman) murdering her grandfather, and then forcing the rest of the gang to cover up her heinous crime.

Overcome with guilt, Tommy Pickles (Michael Angarano) descends into addiction and Chuckie Finster's (Alia Shawkat) always festering paranoia renders him catatonic. Note:  trailer below has some NSFW language and also the general creepiness that occurs whenever adult actors play babies.
