Recently we told you about an odd celebrity connection when we learned that blue-eyed soul singer Michael Bolton was once Paula Abdul's babysitter. But apparently it's not the only strange star-bond.

In an interview with Playboy Magazine (NSFW link), 'Parks and Recreation' star Rashida Jones reveals that despite an 18-year age difference, she was once good friends with Michael Jackson.

Jones' connection to Michael in and of itself isn't so weird. She is, after all, the daughter of legendary producer Quincy Jones, who worked with Michael on the Grammy-winning 'Off the Wall,' 'Thriller' and 'Bad' albums. So it makes sense that they'd know each other. Also unsurprising is the news that their escapades together were more than a little out-of-the-norm.

Jones explains:

We'd go out on the town together. He always wore those surgical masks. Once, my sister, Michael, Emmanuel Lewis and I got in a car with Super Soakers and went by a movie theater and supersoaked the hell out of people waiting in line. They had no idea they'd just been supersoaked by the King of Pop.

Dousing people with water while hanging out with Michael Jackson and the pint-sized star of 'Webster'? That definitely qualifies as a bizarre childhood.
