Protective Dad Sends Drone to Follow Daughter to School
Talk about being a helicopter parent.
Chris Early, of Knoville, Tenn., recently used a drone to keep an eye on his 8-year-old daughter, Katie, during her walk to school to make sure she was a-okay.
"I could see other people looking up and I'm sure Katie was just like, 'Oh, it's just my dad," he said.
While some pundits may feel Chris is being too overprotective when it comes to his little girl, he says it was all in good fun and "it was a way to keep eye on her make sure she was looking both ways. I let her know that dad is always watching."
What do you think? Is this dad taking things too far or has he found a wise use for this technology? Would you ever use a drone to keep tabs on your children?
