You think Miley Cyrus can act crazy? You should see her fans.

Cyrus had to cancel a concert in Charlotte, North Carolina earlier this week due to the flu.

Sure, her fans were probably bummed, but this fan (who seems a wee bit old to be losing her composure over this) was utterly crushed. Like "I just found out the cool guy who asked me to the prom did it as a joke" crushed.

Like Miley herself, this girl can't stop...crying, that is.
