Man in Polar Bear Suit Pulled Over By Cop

This video from what we believe to be France will leave the viewer with many questions. Why is the car being pulled over? Why is that cop dressed like he is in 'The Road Warrior.' And, of course, why is the car's driver wearing a polar bear suit?

So here goes: The cop is undercover and the man in the polar bear suit was speeding because if you are late to the furry convention you miss out on the free buffet. Pretty simple, right?
