On 'Hell's Kitchen,' a winner was finally selected after another season of chef Gordon Ramsay's high culinary standards and trademark verbal abuse. (Warning: Spoilers ahead!)
In the end, loudmouthed diva Elise and tattooed rocker Tommy got cut from the final four, leaving Paul, a junior sous chef from Florida, and New Jersey sous chef Will to square off in the finals.
Neither contestant had a flawless final dinner service. But Paul showed more leadership and somehow managed to rally his team of arguably less-talented chefs. Ultimately, this earned him the top prize of a head chef position at BLT Steak in New York City.
