Cat Says ‘I Love You’ to the Kitty-Next-Door [VIDEO]

In true 'Romeo & Juliet' style, a cat climbed to the top of the fence surrounding its owner's yard and proceeded to purr out confessions of 'I love you' to the cat-next-door. No word yet on whether or not the other cat was smitten.
