‘Lord and Lady Spy’ – Cheesy Romance Novel Covers

The title of this novel is fairly self-explanatory: there's a Lord and a female spy, and they're in love. The unappealing pink front cover merely serves to confirm this. What we see is a couple, dressed in the style of old-fashioned English nobility, with their backs to one another as a sign of secrecy. So how much more can the book itself reveal?
