The main concern being, "Why isn't Nic Cage the main star?"

On Thursday night's 'Late Show With David Letterman' Nicolas Cage finally addressed the rumors that he is immortal, and perhaps a vampire. At this point, would we really be all that surprised by anything Cage says?

Nicolas Cage doesn't usually show a lot of discretion when choosing which movies to star in, so the folks at Capital FM in England probably figured they could convince the guy who agreed to 'Bangkok Dangerous' to recite the lyrics of the LMFAO song 'Sexy and I Know It' on-air.  Luckily he agreed, delivering a deadpan rendition of the pop song that is downright hilarious.

As if surprise guest stars like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Tracy Morgan, Chris Kattan, and Horatio Sanz wasn't enough, this weekend's 'Saturday Night Live' also had an appearance by a major film star: Jude Law. Law showed up on 'Weekend Update' to discuss the craft of acting with Nicolas Cage in another edition of 'In the Cage.'

A near mint condition copy of 'Action Comics #1,' the comic book featuring the first appearance of Superman,  just fetched $2.16 million dollars at an online auction. And like many things both strange and nerdy, the record-breaking comic book sale has an interesting history with actor Nicolas Cage.

Last week eBay seller Jack Mord offered up this photo of a man who lived in Bristol, Tennessee around the time of the Civil War as evidence that actor Nicolas Cage is a vampire "who quickens/reinvents himself once every 75 years or so."

Nicolas Cage has been involved in some pretty bizarre scenes as an actor, but a real-life incident that he described while promoting his home invasion thriller ‘Trespass’ at the Toronto Film Festival may top them all.
