While it may not have been romance per se, a sequin-covered Lady Gaga welcomed in the new year by macking on NYC's Mayor Bloomberg. It's fair to say we probably won't be seeing him in Gaga's next music video (as that's how her relationship with Taylor Kinney all started), other celebrity couples followed their example and celebrated New Year's with a little romance....

Many NBA fans got a kick out of LeBron James' failings last season. And if this year's preseason is any indication, LeBron haters may be in for another year of sweet, sweet schadenfreude. During the Miami Heat's final preseason game against the Orlando Magic, number six stepped up to the foul line after being hit hard and promptly fired up a dreaded airball.

LeBron James looked like a man who'd bit off more than he could chew after he climbed to the top of the (medium) high dive at a pool in Barcelona, Spain.
