You can't really blame 23-year-old David Dowling for skipping his pretrial hearing on charges of stealing a life-size cut out of Justin Bieber. The adult (nope, not a teenage girl) was arrested back in August after a mall security guard saw him hiding in the bushes with the $34.99 full-size cardboard Bieber, which was reported stolen.
