Clowns can be fairly terrifying in life-size, or even miniature, so about the last thing you want to see while walking down the street is a ten-foot clown scooting toward you on roller skates. But that's exactly what the folks in Portland, OR are subjected to in the video below.

German clown enthusiast Ortrud Kastaun, has found her place in Guinness Book history for her obscenely large collection of clowns and clown related knickknacks. Kastaun, who is a recovered alcoholic since 1995, seems to have traded her unhealthy booze addiction for a more bizarre obsession with clown dolls.

Ortrud from Germany has the world's largest collection of clown-related items totaling 2,053, a hobby that's made her a Guinness title holder and perhaps one of he creepiest people ever.
