Giuliana Rancic Discusses Her Double Mastectomy on ‘Today’ [VIDEO]

E! presenter and reality TV star Giuliana Rancic, who has been battling breast cancer, announced on Today Monday morning that she will undergo a double mastectomy.

Appearing with her husband Bill Rancic, the 37-year old explained how she came to the decision to get the surgery, instead of going with other measures that wouldn't require the removal of her breasts.

"With a double mastectomy, I have less than a one percent chance of getting it back," Rancic told TODAY. "With another lumpectomy, radiation and medication, I could have a 20, 30 or 40 percent chance in my lifetime. In the end, it all came down to choosing to live and not looking over my shoulder the rest of my life."
