When we see something frightening headed towards us, one of the most obvious involuntary actions is to pull a stupid face. But why are all of these people so scared?

It turns out that they're at the Nightmares Fear Factory in Niagara Falls, a haunted house attraction that is famous for scaring the hell out of its customers. As you can see from the pictures below, they're pretty good at doing their jobs. A look through their Flickr will turn up plenty of frightened faces that are caught on camera during a scare, but we've take a few of our favorites and posted them down below.
