Have you seen that 'Ultimate Dog Tease' viral video on YouTube? You know, the one with the owner who teases his "talking dog" with human food? Before we get started lets revisit that clip, which has a staggering 94 million views.

Uh, yeah. It's the kind of viral video your mom thinks is hilarious and won't stop sending you on e-mail. And pretty soon, it's gonna be a movie.

Paramount Pictures has acquired the rights to 'Ultimate Dog Tease' and plans to adapt the minute-long clip into a full-length feature. What's surprising is that they've also hired some top-notch comedy talent to work on the script. Alec Berg and David Mandel, who were writers and producers on 'Seinfeld' and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and co-wrote the upcoming Sasha Baron Cohen comedy 'The Dictator,' have signed on to the unenviable task of developing a talking dog movie.

Before you get too excited, don't expect anything too epic from 'Ultimate Dog Tease: The Movie'. The film is being produced through Insurge Pictures, Paramount's micro-budget label that turned 'The Devil Inside' - a $1 million horror film - into a surprise hit that grossed over $60 million worldwide. (Also, if you're looking for epic talking dog movies, might we suggest 'Treasure Buddies'?)

And, with that, Hollywood is officially out of ideas.
