It's hard to believe that Harrison Ford has never seen any of the 'Indiana Jones' movies. And yet, here he is recently watching the original trilogy in wide-eyed wonder. (Apparently, even Indy himself wants to pretend that 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' never happened.)

George Lucas is famous -- or should we say infamous -- for tinkering with the original 'Star Wars' movie trilogy. For example, he's "updated" them with CGI technology that was unavailable at the time they were originally shot, much to the dismay of movie purists the world over who felt they were perfect as-is.

But when the umpteenth re-release of the films, 'Star Wars: The Complete Saga,' comes out in Blu-ray on September 16, fans will get to see what Lucas didn't include, such as this deleted scene between Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) from 'The Empire Strikes Back.'

Harrison Ford isn't smurfing around. On 'Conan' last night, the actor expressed his intense dislike for the little blue creatures by beheading a plush Papa Smurf.

Ford has good reason to be peeved: the CGI reboot of 'The Smurfs' nearly tied his new movie 'Cowboys and Aliens' at the box office over the weekend. And, to add insult to injury, wife Calista Flockhart paid good money to take their son to the movie, while they saw Ford's sci-fi western for free.
