Will Symone Black Be Back on ‘American Idol’ After Her Dramatic Fall?

Symone Black falls off stage
Fox

After a strong performance of Otis Redding’s ‘Sitting by the Dock of the Bay’ during ‘American Idol”s Hollywood Week, Symone Black should’ve been on top of the world.

But instead, the sixteen-year old found herself in the pits after she fell off the stage while nervously engaging in post-song chatter with judge Randy Jackson.

As you can see, the fall was pretty darn scary. And ‘American Idol’ added to the drama by ending the show right then, without letting the audience know what had happened to Black.

According to the show’s reps,  Black, who appeared to suffer a head injury, is OK. In fact, she is well enough to continue with Hollywood Week.

What exactly happened to Black will be revealed on Thursday night’s episode. We’ll be pulling for the talented youngster, who we suspect will be a bit more conscious of where her feet are this time around.
