Watch a Supercut of Great ‘Dudes’ in Film History
From Bill & Ted's classic catchphrase "Duuude" to 'Dude, Where's My Car?,' we all know the word "dude" has been a mainstay in Hollywood since the '80s. But in this supercut video, it turns out even late legends like John Wayne said "dude" on-screen way back in 1959.
The video features clips from movies that are mostly considered ultimate "dude-flicks" -- which means 'The Big Lebowski' is definitely included.
That's "dude" from 31 movies in all (yes, we counted). Most of us should recognize most of the films, but if you need help identifying the few you didn't get, let us help you out. Check out a list of featured movies below.
'Ferris Bueller's Day Off'
'Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure'
'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'
