Super Slow Motion Tea Party a Smashing Success

Super slow motion instantly makes anything being filmed twice as cool: a hovering hummingbird, supermodels jogging, Jello.

Internet filmmaker Zach King, aka FinalCutKing, helped prove that theory with his latest video.

He set up a series of tea party staples, including some very tasteful china including cups and plates, some wine glasses and even an egg cozy. Then he took a high quality, slow motion camera, aimed a high powered slingshot at it, and let Newton's Laws of Motion do the rest. The result is actually quite beautiful for something so mindlessly destructive.

This isn't King's first trip down the viral video red carpet. In fact, it's probably one of his lower tech efforts. He's also the creator of the "Jedi Kittens" series and has several very impressive video game immersion parodies on his YouTube page. It must be good to be King.
