After a three week hiatus, 'Saturday Night Live' is back. The "Not Ready For Prime-Time Players" will be working this Easter weekend with Sofia Vergara hosting and musical guest One Direction.

It's Vergara's first time hosting the show, and the Colombian born actress is quite grateful for the opportunity.

“I’m very happy, very excited because I never thought I was going to be part of that TV show," she gushed. I think it’s an American tradition. It’s a TV show that the whole world knows, so for me, it’s an honor to be part of that group of actors that are known for their excellence.”

The 39-year-old 'Modern Family' star filmed the show's traditional midweek promos with Jason Sudeikis.

Not surprisingly, all the promos jokes centered on Vergara's accent and sex appeal -- both of which can be substantial, especially when she plays them up.

So do you think Vergara has the range to be a good 'SNL' host. Or will every sketch be about her thick accent?
