Watch Highlights of Sarah Palin’s Co-Hosting Gig on ‘Today’

In an effort to compete against Katie Couric’s week-long run as a guest co-host on ‘Good Morning America,’ none other than Sarah Palin joined ‘Today‘ as a co-host during the 8am hour.

Palin first appeared on the morning program as a guest and spoke to Matt Lauer about the 2012 GOP presidential race. Later, she weighed in on a variety of topics, including Oprah Winfrey’s struggling OWN network, Jessica Simpson’s pregnancy weight gain and the casting of Ashton Kutcher as Steve Jobs in an upcoming biopic. Sounds more than a little bizarre, doesn’t it?

And as the picture below shows, Palin’s takeover of ‘Today’ even seemed to include annexing Lauer’s own dressing room. Ouch! Wonder how Lauer felt about that?
