Rocking Three-Year-Old Wakes Up to Nirvana

Waking a sleeping kid is dangerous business and can sometimes result in a serious case of "cranky-pants." Two siblings seem to have found a way around this by rousing their three-year-old brother from slumber with 'Breed' by Nirvana, of all things. Surprisingly, the kid loves it!

As soon as Dave Grohl's hyperactive beat kicks in, the kid, who's passed out in a car seat, immediately wakes up and starts to air drum. He even mouths a portion of Kurt Cobain's lyrics. Waking a child up this way might be cruel, but the boy is obviously grooving to the grunge classic and doesn't mind in the least.

"The last time we woke him up in the car, he got so grumpy and cranky," says the video's YouTube description. "And since he loves this kind of music, we just had to try a new method." Mission accomplished, we say. Not only does the kid wake up without complaint, he's also developing great taste in music.
