Brave Rescue Dog Saves Adoptive Family From Intruder [VIDEO]

Hercules the St. Bernard

Hercules, a stray, severely malnourished St. Bernard, was recently rescued from a local pound by Ohio couple Lee and Elizabeth Littler. As if to return the favor, the brave pooch drove an intruder away from their home on the very same day.

According to Hercules’ owners, the dog suddenly crashed through a screen door one night and chased off a burglar attempting to break into their home. Despite being weak and underweight, Hercules lived up to his name and drove the would-be thief over a fence, biting him on the ankle in the process. Good boy!
