George Cascone was the (supposed) intended target of a murder plot in Kansas City. Lucky for him, it was foiled by the FBI and a hitman who turned informant. To an ordinary man, it might come as a shock to learn that your ex-wife has gone to the trouble of hiring an assassin to kill you.

But George is no ordinary man. His reaction to being marked for death? Not so surprised. AT ALL. Maybe even a little tickled?

Certainly, he can’t be shaken. Watch KSHB reporter Ryan Kath attempt to get a rise out of the would-be murder victim. Watch him fail.

Of course, George still has emotions. He’s not a wall of stone. If his teddy-bear physique and laid-back attitude is eerily reminiscent of "The Dude" from ‘The Big Lebowski,’ his chill take on the whole plot-to-end-my-existence dampens when it comes to one aspect of the conspiracy -- the price.

“The part that insulted me the most is the fact that she was going to pay the hit man so little money," George says in the video. "She should’ve paid at least ten grand. Two grand is not enough to get that work done. In a sense, you get what you pay for.”

Surprising no one, the man is in the used car business.
