As a way to better understand the hardships that overweight people face, personal trainer Drew Manning packed on a whopping 70 lbs. over a period of six months by forgoing exercise and eating nothing but junk food. Now that's dedication!

But now comes the hard part. Manning plans on returning to his formerly-chiseled self by working out and following a strict diet over a six-month period. (You can follow his progress here.)
