Mitt Romney’s Staff Makes Him the ‘April Fool’

Turns out no one was spared on this year's April Fool's Day. Not even our presidential candidates.

Busy campaigning across America, Mitt Romney seemed to have forgotten Sunday was April 1st. His staff, well aware of their boss' state of mind, decided to pull a prank on the Republican contender by leading him into a room Romney thought was going to be packed with supporters gathered for a pancake brunch.

We laughed too! It's a simple yet appropriate prank to fool a presidential candidate. Given how intense the presidential race is, Romney could breathe a little easier knowing his Wisconsin supporters were actually gathered in another room upstairs. So how will he get his staff back?
